A few useful details.
Can I request photos before ordering?
Yes. Choose “I’m choosing styles” and include the SKUs, product names or Lisa Olive product links you need. Our team will review your selection and reply by email.
What files will I receive?
We check the original-resolution product photographs available for the requested styles. Availability varies by product. If you need a particular view, crop or file format, include it with your request or email us.
What if I ordered on Faire?
Choose “On Faire” and enter the order number and email from your Faire order. This page handles photo requests for both buying routes; you can stay here to request your files.
Can I combine several orders?
Please submit one request per order so we can identify the right products. For a selection before ordering, you can include several styles in one request.
